Bethany A Brokaw, Associate Broker

The Journey of a Real Estate Professional with Nearly Two Decades of Expertise & Knowledge

 

Bethany A. Brokaw, Performance Management Network, Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Interior Staging and Decorating Professional has been working in real estate since 2006, and enjoying every minute of it!

Bethany is the current President of Women’s Council of Realtors Michigan and the Broker/Owner of The Brokaw Group. Brokaw is an active Realtor, Best of Zillow, consistently outsells 99% of agents in the U.S., and leads a team who sell more than 175 houses annually. She is extremely skilled in technology, business, negotiations, marketing and never stops learning. Her clients become her extended family. She has taught for RE/MAX & Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, presented for the Women’s Council of Realtors Michigan and presented nationally for the Women’s Council MidYear and National meetings. She studied at Strayer University & the University of Michigan, though she feels “The School of Life” taught her much more.

She is a graduate of the 2021 National Women’s Council of Realtors Leadership Institute and Leigh Brown’s Speaker Bootcamp. She has a junior Brady Bunch, with two beautiful daughters, two fantastic sons, and the best hubby ever. (Still looking for Alice though)  Traveling is a passion, and she loves being on or in the water. Brokaw personally mentors single parents, sponsors seven children, and relishes in  helping people. “I hope to inspire others in a way that others inspired me when I needed it.” 

Peg Feltner, Principal Broker

A Strategic Business Problem Solver with Over a Decade of Commercial Real Estate Experience

 

Licensed since October 2018, Peg Feltner brings nearly three decades of entrepreneurial experience to commercial real estate. As a former business owner and president (1989-2017), she understands that location is critical to business success and works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors to find their ideal "Open for Business" locations.​

Specializing in Oakland, Macomb, Genesee, and Lapeer counties, Peg leverages her Oakland County roots and Information Technology consulting background to provide clients with deep market insights and technical expertise.

Peg has closed multi-million dollar tenant representation leases, industrial building purchases up to $1.9 million, and served as master listing agent for retail strip centers. Her most challenging deal involved Elite Detect K9, where she navigated complex zoning requirements and worked with Auburn Hills to create a Planned Unit Development.

As a "Strategic Business Problem Solver," Peg combines warm customer service with strong analytical skills. Her business acumen and sales experience enable thorough client needs analysis, while her aggressive deal management ensures successful closings.

Peg holds a B.S. in Business from Oakland University with concentrations in Accounting and Computer Science. She actively participates in Chambers of Commerce, Business Networking International, and has served on the Metro Detroit LPGA Amateurs Board. She mentors residential realtors and maintains expertise through continuous education.

Jim Salkiewicz, Commercial Realtor

Meet Jim Salkiewicz

 

Jim Salkiewicz is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with an impressive 36-year career in the industry. Licensed since 1987, Jim has established himself as an expert negotiator with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the commercial sales process.

 

His leadership experience includes a notable tenure managing over 100 agents at Hubbell Real Estate, where he demonstrated exceptional team-building and mentorship capabilities.Also, for nearly 20 years, Jim's executive experience extended to his role as Vice President and Manager of Sales at NAI (North American International), where he further refined his strategic business development skills.

 

With nearly four decades in the field, Jim possesses an unparalleled understanding of market trends and property valuation. He specializes in serving clients throughout Lapeer and Genesee counties, as well as other designated areas in the State of Michigan.

With two decades of experience as a business owner, Stacy Hurley has developed a broad range of skills. Her  enthusiasm for learning and building relationships has been key to her success in networking, event planning, fundraising and business management. Stacy loves connecting with people and helping businesses reach their goals. 

 

Stacy is a proud mom to two amazing kids and their spouses.  They have blessed her with four little grand babies, who call her "Oma".  Stacy and her husband are Jeep people and love road trips together.  It doesn’t matter if it is  exploring our great state or visiting their son, who is a US Marine.  

 

Stacy’s dream has always been to help businesses flourish—so dream big and dream often!
